Hello, I’m Jamie

I’m a dad, a photographer, and, if I’m honest, someone who just really enjoys being around people.

Weddings are full of brilliant characters, plenty of laughter and usually a fair bit of chaos too. That mix is exactly what makes them such a joy to photograph.

After more than 14 years behind the camera, the photographs still matter massively. But so does making sure you feel comfortable, looked after and able to properly enjoy your day.

There’s direction when it matters, and a good sense of when to step in and when to let things happen.

Because the best photographs usually happen when people are having an absolute blast.

Your wedding isn't a production, and it shouldn't feel like one. There’s direction when it’s needed, but never a script to follow. Knowing when to step in and when to let things happen is all part of it.

Weddings rarely go exactly to plan, and that's alright. Knowing what needs to happen, when it needs to happen and when to simply leave things alone is all part of the job.
